Special Form

A Special Form is the most comprehensive form of Home Insurance policy. What's more extraordinary with this form is that it provides coverage to all damages, unless the peril is specifically excluded. Unlike the previous forms, this All-Risk coverage would provide protection against unlisted perils. However, if a loss occurs, and the causation is listed as a general exclusion from the policy, coverage will not be provided in any form.

Special Form Excluded Perils (All-Risk):

  • Damages due to Flood and Earthquake
  • Ordinance or Law
  • Neglect or losses due to the Homeowners carelessness
  • Damages due to war
  • Damages from nuclear war and any form of nuclear hazards
