After the agents uploaded the rate to your profile, you have 20 days to accept or decline the rates. Unless the rates expire automatically, and you need to get another quote by filling a new form.

You can add your spouse/partner to your profile of InsureHopper whenever you want. But for the policy, you have to check it with the agents you’re going to choose after comparing the quotes.
